The purpose of this email is to formally request information I am entitled to under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide the following information:
1) The minutes of all Full Governing Body meetings after 11th November 2016 and any documents filed with these minutes
2) The minutes of all Standard Committee meetings on and after 1st November 2016 and any documents filed with these minutes
3) The minutes of all Finance and Resources Committee meetings after 11th November 2016 and any documents filed with these minutes

I would like the above information to be provided to me in an applicable electronic format.

If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary. I understand that you are required to respond to my request within the 20 working days after you receive this letter, as stipulated by the act. I would be grateful if you could confirm that you have received this request.

If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act, you are required to advise and assist requesters.

I am writing to ask about my Freedom of information Request titled 'Governing Board Meetings on or after 1st November 2016.'

You have failed to respond promptly and within 20 working school days (which would fall on the 8th May 2017, even with weekends, public holidays and school holidays excluded)

Section 10 of the Freedom of Information Act states that:
"Subject to subsections (2) and (3), a public authority must comply with section 1(1) promptly and in any event not later than the twentieth working day following the date of receipt."

You had a duty to, by the 8th of May 2017, fulfil the following obligations as set out by the Freedom of Information Act:
- a duty under section 1(1)(a) to confirm or deny whether the information is held;

or,
- a duty under section 17 to issue a refusal notice explaining why a request has been refused.
