Thank you for reply, but i wish to ask you to review your response, and answer my specific questions regarding the availability of the services under question. ie --- you indicate -- " The service is available 24/07, 365 days of the year subject to planned and unplanned outages"
ie What are the periods/duration of time, of these planned and unplanned outages per annum?--- when the public are unable to use the specified functions.---- 1.The P800 refund claim, and 2. The general individual taxpayer complaint access.
