Please provide any policies governing the use of the GoodSAM responder app by EEAST staff, and the use of it as a dispatch function with in the EEAST region.

I am writing to request an internal review of East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust's handling of my FOI request 'GoodSAM Policies'. In accordance with freedom of information law, East of England Ambulance Service should have responded to my request within 29 days. This is long overdue.
