Good tenants vs bad tenants
Dear Eastbourne Homes Limited,
As part of my market research, I wish to provide private landlords facts regarding the false "stigma" attached to dss tenants. I am working on a concept to try and prevent (or at least minimise ) the private landlord sector in "tarring" all dss or low income applicants with the "same brush"
So please provide the following information
In 2016, what percentage of dss tenants , who were occupying an Eastbourne homes limited managed property, failed to pay their rent on the rent due date.
In 2016 how many Eastbourne homes limited managed properties were occupied by dss tenants.
In 2016 how many Eastbourne households were given emergency accommodation.
In 2016 how many Eastbourne households were given temporary accommodation.
In 2016, how many dss households were Evicted from an Eastbourne homes limited managed property.
In 2016 how many dss tenants, living in an Eastbourne homes limited managed property were sanctioned with a demoted tenancy.
Thank you in advance
Yours faithfully,
Andy s
