Good Character in Citizenship requirement after Re Hiri

RE: Request under Sec.6 of the Right to Information Act, 2005

Under the provisions of Right to information Act, We wish to seek
the following information from your office:

In following case Re Hiri, the Judicial Review was successful for applicant with 5 penalty points on driving licence with fine (i.e. non custodial sentence) .
Kindly tell me are you showing flexibility in the light of this recent JR? Are you considering Mrs Justice Lang’s remarks in the JR while processing the citizenship applications?

CURRENT LAW ON GOOD CHARACTER:-
To be of good character applicant should have shown respect for the rights and
freedoms of the United Kingdom, observed its laws and fulfilled your
duties and obligations as a resident of the United Kingdom.
You consider the length of any sentence you may have been given, and when
it was given, in accordance with the following tariffs. Please see the
table below for more information:
