Thank you for your request dated 12th January 2024 in which you asked for the following
information from the Ministry of Justice (MoJ):
Please can you provide the following information under the freedom of information
ACT.
1. In the past 2 Years how many times was the prison service gold command
opened?
2. What was the reason for the command being opened?
3. What was the prison the incident located at?
4. how many people where in the gold command suit?
5. When was it opened and when was it closed?
Your request is being handled under the FOIA.
I can confirm the MoJ holds the information you have requested and have attached the data
to answer questions 1,2,3 and 5 in spreadsheet format for you. With regards to question 4, I
can confirm that there are 7 regularly fulfilled roles in the gold command team.
