Dear Mr Grindrod
I am writing to advise you that it is unlikely that we will be able to
respond to your request below within the 20-day deadline; please accept my
apologies for this.
As advised by the regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO),
requesters should expect delays in response times to requests as public
bodies respond to the Covid-19 outbreak. Resources have been diverted to
deal with this crisis and the team required to provide the requested
information are heavily involved in this work. As a result, currently
there is limited capacity available to deal with other work and we need to
focus on the delivery of our core functions to our residents at this time.
Please be assured that we will respond to your request as soon as we can.
It is worth noting that in respect of site GNLP2019 you will need to refer
your request to the GNLP team as it is the GNLP team who are dealing with
the local plan allocation process around this site.
Regards

Dear Mrs Utting,
Thank you for this. Of course I understand the delay under current circumstances. I have separate correspondence with the GNLP team and other parties.
Yours sincerely,
