GMP Inspection

Simon Price made this Freedom of Information request to Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency,

I made a request for information in November 2010, for the latest GMP Inspection Report for Guy's and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust Pharmacy Manufacturing Unit.

I was informed this was subject to ongoing regulatory procedure and this was not disclosed under section 30 of the FOIA.

I would therefore like to re-apply to see if this information can be disclosed.

Yours faithfully,

Simon Price
