GLPC Job Evaluation Scheme

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, North East Lincolnshire Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

I should like to know the outcome of the GLPC job evaluation assessment for the role of Customer Service Adviser, Contact Centre.

The information I am specifically after:-

 The job score (the figure after all the individual factor scores have been added together)
 Whether your CSAs receive and resolve Revenues & Benefits calls.

I should also like to know whether you have a “Local Conventions” document.

If so, I should like a copy please.

Thank you for your information request, reference number 11687_1819.

 

I wish to confirm that North East Lincolnshire Council holds the following
information.

 

I should like to know the outcome of the GLPC job evaluation assessment
for the role of Customer Service Adviser, Contact Centre.

 

The information I am specifically after:-

 

The job score (the figure after all the individual factor scores have been
added together)

The job score was 366 for the Customer Advisor post.

 

Whether your CSAs receive and resolve Revenues & Benefits calls.

The answer to this is no, if any customers ring the general switchboard
number of 313131 and have a query about Revenues and Benefits the calls
are transferred to the relevant department.

 

I should also like to know whether you have a “Local Conventions”
document.

North East Lincolnshire Council do not have a Local Conventions document.
