GLPC Job Evaluation Scheme

We're waiting for Ms A Baker to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Nottingham City Council,

I should like to know the outcome of the GLPC job evaluation assessment for the role of Customer Service Adviser, Contact Centre.

The information I am specifically after:-

 The job score (the figure after all the individual factor scores have been added together)
 Whether your CSAs receive and resolve Revenues & Benefits calls.

I should also like to know whether you have a “Local Conventions” document.

If so, I should like a copy please.

When responding to this request, I would ask you to please be mindful of ICO Decision Notice FS50229617.

Yours faithfully,

Ms A Baker

Dear Nottingham City Council,

How bizarre! I have sent the exact same request to more than 20 different councils up and down the land and Nottingham is the only one to have found my request unclear/ambiguous!

By ‘Customer Service Adviser, Contact Centre’ I mean the front line staff who are the first point of contact for enquiries/queries/complaints from NCC customers. These staff may deal with customers face-to-face or on the telephone. These staff would normally report to a Customer Service Team Leader and the job would normally sit within the Customer Service Directorate.

I hope that helps!

Yours faithfully,

Ms A Baker
