Dear Home Office,

Re: Global timescale for resolving UKVI Priority Visa (PV) applications

The UKVI's global customer-facing baseline standards for processing PV applications were set at 5 working days for non-settlement applications, and 30 working days for settlement.

In relation to this service provision, please kindly provide the following information:

1. The overall global number of 'Non- Settlement Priority Visa' applications received between 01-April-2018 and 31-Oct-2018. Please include a monthly breakdown i.e. how many were received in each month i.e. April 2018, May 2018 etc - the sum of which should add up to the overall total.
2. Of the calculated overall total in Q.1; please provide the number that were resolved within 5 working days or less.
3. Of the calculated overall total in Q.1; please provide the number that were resolved within 6 -14 working days.
4. Of the calculated overall total in Q.1; please provide the number that were resolved after 15 working days or more.
5. Of the calculated overall total in Q.1; please provide the number that are still under consideration/pending (at the time of your reply) and include a monthly breakdown i.e. how many of these 'still pending' applications were received in each month i.e. April 2018, May 2018 etc - the sum of which should add up to the overall 'pending' total.

6. The overall global number of 'Settlement Priority Visa' applications made between 01- April-2018 and 31-Oct-2018. Please include a monthly breakdown i.e. how many were received in each month i.e. April 2018, May 2018 etc - the sum of which should add up to the overall total.
7. Of the calculated overall total in Q.6; please provide the number that have been resolved within 30 working days or less.
8. Of the calculated overall total in Q.6; please provide the number that were resolved within 31-59 working days.
7. Of the calculated overall total in Q.6; please provide the number that were resolved after 60 working days or more.
8. Of the calculated overall total in Q.6; please provide the number that are still under consideration (at the time of your reply) and include a monthly breakdown i.e. how many of these 'still pending' applications were received in April 2018, May 2018 etc - the sum of which should add up to the overall 'pending' total.

Note: By the time this request is responded to by your office, the data will already be in the public domain. I therefore kindly ask for this requested set of statistics to be shared in the same way a similar request was answered last year. Thank you.
