Dear Mendip District Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Mendip District Council's handling of my FOI request 'Glastonbury Major Incident Plan'.

As per FOI/2015/341 in which the requester asked for a copy of the Premises License for Glastonbury and received a number of documents (though the major incident plan was not released for security reasons), I would believe you hold it within the Premises License. As such, I would ask you to review my request.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/g...

Yours faithfully,

Connor A. Gurney

What are you trying to achieve with all these various requests about emergency plans? For heaven's sake, there was a bomb attack on the Tube today which left dozens of people injured! Are you trying to do the terrorists' job for them?!
