Dear Police Scotland,

This could be some kind of operating procedure, an internal guide, a publicly available system for conducting such assessments, training materials, or could fall under some other heading.

2. Copy of the procedure for assigning responsibility for carrying out such an assessment, and of the organisational position and qualifications needed by the person assigned the responsibility..

3. Copies of the advice provided to Glasgow City Council which led to:

3.1 The removal between December 2020 and April 2021 of the exemptions for cycling (introduced under Spaces for People) at No Entry signs for streets in Dennistoun including Armadale Street, Craiglea Street, Meadowpark Street, Marne Street, Ingleby Dreiv, Whitehill Street and Craigpark.

3.2 The removal of the light segregation along the London Road Spaces for People cycle lane at Parkhead.

4. A list of the Glasgow one-way streets (existing or proposed) for which in the past five years Police Scotland has provided advice related to permitting contraflow cycling, the dates on which the advice was provided and whether the advice was pro or con.

Yours faithfully, Jon Hand
