Gerrards Cross Tunnel Collapse Report

We're waiting for Ben Kingsley to read a recent response and update the status.

Please can you provide the following information on the HSE investigation into the Gerrards Cross tunnel collapse of June 2005;

1. What is the current status of the investigation?
2. What is stopping the completion of the investigation and the publishing of a report?
3. How many HSE investigations have been 'active' longer than this one?

Thank you for your e-mail requesting an internal review into the response
to your request received on 6 December 2017 exceeding the FOI timescales.

I have been appointed as HSE's appeals officer in reviewing this case in
