Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I request the information set out below. Return of information in electronic format would be beneficial. Information requested includes information relating to Aston Comprehensive, Aston Academy and ACET. I would like to thank you in advice for your effort in compiling and submitting this information.

I request:

1: A breakdown of the remuneration paid to directors/governors listed with Companies House (presently and formerly) for academic years 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 to date. This should include any details of expenses/fees paid to directors for travel, subsistence, accommodation and any other payments.

2. Details of all organisations, companies, bodies or individuals ACET employs or contracts to carry out the facilities or services not provided by internal staff (excluding directors) for academic years 2010-2011 and 2011-2012. A breakdown (and details) of the payments/fees made for these services is also requested. Information requested for the following services:

a. Payroll and human resource management
b. Solicitors and legal services
c. Financial services and consultancy
d. Cleaning services
e. Building management and maintenance including electricians, plumbers heating engineers and any other associated trades
f. Marketing
g. General consultancy
h. Any other expenditure on services
i. Total expenditure

3. The total cost of staffing for academic year 2010-2011, 2011-2012 and predicted costs for 2012-2013 for all ACET businesses. A breakdown of expenditure in terms of:
a.Support staff
b. Teaching staff (with breakdown into faculties/departments)
c. SLT
d. Administration
e. Business management
f. Building management
g. Short term staff (eg. additional exam support etc)
h. Total staffing expenditure

The details of individual staff pay is NOT requested.
