Dear David Hall, Judicial College

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service/ Judicial College's handling of my FOI request 'Gendered Intelligence Training to the Employment Tribunal'.

I apologise that this request is a few days late. I hope you will forgive this during this time of extreme disruption.

The response says that " The judiciary are not a public body for the purposes of FOIA (they are not
listed under Schedule 1 of the Act)" However the The Judicial Studies Board is listed under Schedule 1.The Judicial College was formerly the Judicial Studies Board and there has been no indication that it has been removed from the scope of the Freedom of Information Act.

Please confirm or deny whether this information is held by the Judicial college (which is covered by FOI) and provide the information please.

Thank you

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/g...

Yours faithfully,

M Raynard
