to staff

2) Gender reassignment and/or transgender guidance and policies relating
to patients

3) Related Equality Impact Assessments if separate

4)  Policies on mixed sex and/or same sex accommodation

Your request was received on Friday the 28^th of June 2024, and I am
dealing with it under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
The Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust will provide the response to your
request at the earliest opportunity.

In some circumstances a fee may be payable and if that is the case, I will
let you know. A fees notice will be issued to you, and you will be
required to pay before I will proceed to deal with your request.

You will receive the information requested within 20 working days unless
the Royal Cornwall Hospital does not hold the information or there is a
reason for it to be withheld. I will write to you in any event.

All policies are required to have a full period review. Currently this
policy is not available via our document library as it is due for a
review. Whilst we undertake this review, we have requested an extension of
the current policy to enable access via document library."

So please disclose the  staff policy as it is your current policy.

Re 2) Gender reassignment and/or transgender guidance and policies
relating to patients: you stated "A new policy is currently going through
the governance process and we anticipate that this will be live via our
document library in the next three months."

Please confirm you have no prior gender reassignment and/or transgender
guidance policy relating to patients.
