With regard to guidance for employers 'Managing gender pay reporting' - published by the Government Equalities Office (GEO) in conjunction with Acas in February 2019:
What assessment did the GEO undertake to consider the impact of advising employers to capture data based on their employees' "self-identified" sex on the (a) quality (b) trustworthiness and (c) value of that data?
What legal advice did GEO seek regarding the guidance and its adherence to the stipulations of The Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 2017?
Which organisations did GEO consult in developing this guidance?
