Gender equality within support areas in higher and further education establishments
Dear Ayrshire College
As I have currently disclosed, I am working on a piece of legislation regarding gender imbalance within colleges and universities towards male employees within support areas.
I would be grateful if you could provide me with a breakdown of all male and female staff, within all support areas within your organisation.
Yours faithfully,
Antony Donaldson
Thank you for your e-mail.
