Dear Mr Maloney,

Thank you for your email.

Before we are able to respond to your Freedom of Information Request, we
require clarification in regards to part of your request.

In your request, you ask ‘for a breakdown by gender of the number of
offenders referred to the Integrated Domestic Abuse Programme (IDAP) and
Community Domestic Violence Programme (CDVP).’ Please could you clarify if
you are requesting information specfically on ‘offenders’ referred to the
aforementioned programmes.   Please note that Cafcass does not have
information on offenders and only has information on its own referrals of
Cafcass service users to  Domestic Violence Perpetrator Programmes.

Kind regards,

Governance Team | Cafcass

Dear Governance - Cafcass,

I originally asked this question of the National Probation Service, please see my request here:
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/g...
Their response was that they don't hold the information, I should contact you. Assuming these courses are still running, can you liaise with the Ministry of Justice to find out who is responsible and direct the request to the appropriate authority or inform me who the appropriate authority is.

Yours sincerely,

Brian Maloney
