Dear Barnet Borough Council,

I would like to make an FOI request for voter data from the 12th December 2019 General Election. Specifically, I would like the following info:

- how many people were registered to vote by post in your constituency?
- how many postal votes were received?
- how many votes were marked as invalid?
- what was the result of the postal vote by party? If easier, just including the top 3 parties is fine.

I look forward to your reply.

Yours faithfully,

Donovan Kiddick

Dear Donovan Kiddick,

I have formally replied to your FoI request as ‘not held’ for the reasons
stated in our response; however, I have been informed by the Electoral
Registration Team that if you send an enquiry to [1][email address] -
along with the purpose for the request - they may be able to direct you to
information which will answer your first three questions.

I have also been informed that the final question (the result of the
postal vote by party) cannot be answered as it is not known (and elections
rules/processes mean it cannot be answered even if it was known).

Do come back to me if you have any further questions.

Yours sincerely,

Andrew Cox
