C Hillman-Morgan

Dear Alsager Town Council,

Can you please provide information on the following:

a) 20/0632C Planning application. What was the exact wording provided to you on this planning application submitted to Cheshire East?

b) What was the wall height submitted to you by Cheshire East for discussion, and the height of the trellis on the application number above?

c) How many times in the last 5 years ( roughly or a percentage ) has Alsager Town Council rejected/objected to, a planning application for a domestic boundary wall over 2M in height?

d) How many times has Alsager Town Council approved/agreed with the building of a domestic boundary wall over 2M high which is adjacent to a footpath, road or highway?

e) How many times in the last 5 years has ( roughly ) has Alsager Town Council considered the legal position of a wall over 2M high if it is adjacent to a highway which is is any public or private road. Given that planning permission is different for walls built over 2M high adjacent to a highway.

Requests overtime periods can be altered if the request puts a disproportionate time burden on the council. Whatever time periods provide an accurate reflection be they 12 months, a few years or longer.

Thank you

Yours faithfully,

C Hillman-Morgan

Assistant Clerk,
