Dear Karina,
Further to your request for information (GDF Siting-Environmental and
Socio-economic support during initial discussions and Search Area
identification) which we received on 21 August 2019, please find below our
response to your request.
Your request
I would like to request the following information under the freedom of
information act: - a copy of the winning tender for the GDF Siting -
Environmental and Socio-economic support during initial discussions and
Search Area Identification. Tender ref: RWM.07.020.
Our response
We have treated your enquiry as a formal request under access to
information legislation. This legislation requires RWM, as a public
authority, to disclose information that we hold unless it is not in the
public interest to do so. Accordingly we are pleased to attach the two
winning tenders which have both been redacted to remove personal data,
according to section 40(2), and commercially sensitive data according to
section 43(2) of the FOIA. All other information in the documents has been
disclosed.
We hope that this meets with your approval but if you are dissatisfied
with the way in which RWM has dealt with your request, you have the right
to require us to review our actions and decisions. If you wish to request
a review, please write to me at the address below or via e-mail within 40
working days. You will receive a full response to your request for review
within 20 working days of its receipt.
If you are subsequently dissatisfied with the way in which we have handled
your request for review, you may ask the Information Commissioner to
review our decision. You must submit your complaint to the Commissioner
within 6 months of receiving the response to review letter. The
