Dear Sussex Police,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Sussex Police's handling of my FOI request 'Gatwick drone incident - materials provided to the commissioner and deputy commissioner (FOI 979/23)'.

The investigation into the Gatwick drone incident occurred in December 2018 (close to five years ago) with no one ever being charged or convicted. So I consider a refusal under sections 17 and 30 of the FOI act to be inappropriate, as realistically the culprits would have been identified by now.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/g...

Yours faithfully,
Joseph Lloyd
