Dear Lambeth Council,
Thank you for your acknowledgement of my FoI request.
In case it is of any help, the Lambeth Council Constitution 2019-20 was adopted/agreed at the council Annual Meeting of 24th April 2019
https://moderngov.lambeth.gov.uk/ieListD...
However, the Reports Pack for that meeting only includes changes to the previous version of the constitution, not the full constitution, hence my FoI request includes a request for a copy of the complete constitution. Please supply the documents requested in my FoI request in either PDF or Word format, whichever is the easiest.
Yours sincerely,
Peter Lennard
Dear Lambeth Council,
I see that the Council Constitution of 2019 as requested in part 3. of this Freedom of Information request was supplied to someone else in IRN21170681 and therefore you can now ignore part 3. of this request.
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...
I look forward to receiving the response to the remainder of my request which is due no later than next Tuesday, 31st October.
Yours sincerely,
Peter Lennard
Dear Lambeth Council,
By law I should have received a response by 31st October. On 1st November I sent a direct message to the Freedom of Information Department's direct email address to prompt a response, but that email received no reply or even an acknowledgement. Please could you chase up this FoI request for a response without any further delay.
Yours sincerely,
Peter Lennard
