I have now considered your request and I can confirm that we hold the
information requested. I have responded to each element of your request in
turn below.
1. Gas supplier, electricity supplier
We use a number of different suppliers across our schools. Please see the
attached table for details.
2. Contract end dates for gas and electricity
Please see the attached table for details.
3. Annual consumption and spend
Please see the attached table for details of annual consumption
in kilowatt per hour (kWh).
Although we do hold details of spend, we consider this to be commercially
sensitive information, disclosure of which would prejudice the commercial
interests of the Trust. This is because disclosing current spending could
infer a baseline price and limit competition for future tenders. For this
reason, I am refusing this element of your request under Section 43
(commercial interests) of the act.
4. Tendering information and broker used if any
Indigo Swan provide brokerage and tendering services.
5. Names and telephone numbers for person / people who make the energy
contract decisions
