Dear Birmingham City Council,

Please acknowledge the FOI submitted on January 5 2017, and include the following questions:

1. Please confirm whether Councillor Changese Khan has formally complained about the council's treatment of his tenancy at Sparkbrook Health Centre, and provide details of the complaint.

2. Please provide copies of all correspondence and emails between Cllr Khan and council officers in respect of this tenancy and any complaints.

3. Please confirm the rental rate for these premises and copy of leases.

4. Please confirm whether the rent was set at a market rate.
