G-Cloud purchases

The request was successful.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

I understand that the London Borough of Croydon has purchased services from companies under the G-Cloud Framework. I note that the buyer's guide for digital outcomes stipulates that buyers should maintain an audit trail to provide evidence of compliance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.

The guidance dictates that this information should be stored in an accessible format such as a folder shared by members of the team, for purchases via this framework. Stipulations regarding the scope of the audit trail are listed at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/g-cloud-buye....
In accordance with these stipulations, I am requesting disclosure of:

1. Titles of all services purchased under a G-Cloud framework – between 1 Jan. 2015 and the present day – from:

RAINMAKER SOLUTIONS LTD

2. Audit trails for each of these purchases, including the following documents:

- List of requirements in the search for services, including available funds, technical requirements and criteria on which choice will be based.

- A copy of the category, keywords and filters used in the search for services, and the date on which the results were extracted.

- A spreadsheet or csv of exported results, with service names, descriptions and prices.

- Records of all communications with the supplier, including early market engagement, clarification questions, emails and face to face conversations you have.

With reference to item 1. above, please note that I am requesting the specific titles of all services purchased. I am aware that some data regarding G-cloud spending are published on Contractsfinder and via G-Cloud transparency data, but this information is either aggregated or does not reliably include service titles.

In the event that you consider any information in the responsive documents to be exempt from disclosure, please redact that information with black boxes rather than snipping or excerpting from the documents.

I understand that under the Freedom of Information Act I am entitled to a response within twenty working days.

I would be grateful if you could confirm receipt of this request in writing as soon as possible. If you have any queries about the scope of this request, please do not hesitate to call me on 0203 892 7491 or email [email address].

Yours faithfully,

Crofton Black

Dear Mr Borg,

Many thanks for you kind response of 24 Feb to my FOI request F/CRT/10010771.

In your response you embedded some PDF documents - unfortunately I am unable to access these, and I am hoping you will resend them separately as attachments rather than within a Word document.

The documents I am unable to open are:

search long list
1. ICT Delivery Partner Spec Final 2
rainmaker clarification meeting
IOB Cabinet 11th Dec 2017

Please send these four documents - I was able to open the fifth document, Messages.xlsx, so do not require that to be resent.

Many thanks for your assistance.

Yours sincerely,

Crofton Black

Dear Mr. Riaz,

Can you please confirm receipt of my reply to the council's FOI response, and update me on when I can expect to receive the inaccessible documents please?

Yours sincerely,
