Fusion 87.5 FM

The request was refused by Office of Communications.

Dear Office of Communications,

On the afternoon of Friday 17th April 2020, OFCOM made an enforcement visit to the transmitter site of Fusion FM, near Birmingham - broadcasting on 87.5Mhz.

Where was the transmitter located?
What equipment was removed?
Was this as a result of monitoring, a compliant (if so who?) or interference to another service (if so, what?)
Were any individuals detained or identified?

Yours faithfully,

Wayne Logan

Dear Office of Communications,

Just following up to check that this hasn't been missed.

Yours faithfully,

Wayne Logan

Jerin,

I've consulted the Cambridge Business Dictionary - and a Business is defined as "the activity of buying and selling goods and services."

Fusion did not carry advertising, and therefore cannot be a business. I can't see how an exemption would apply.

Yours sincerely,

Wayne Logan
