Dear Liverpool City Council,

Can you please provide a response to my request immediately as it is long overdue.

Yours sincerely,

Mr M Dean

Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please stop procrastinating with your response to my FOI request.

If I do not receive an answer by the 12/08/20 I will pass it over to the ICO.

Mr M Dean

Dear Liverpool City Council,

It has been well over 11 weeks since this was submitted, so will you please provide a response.

Will you also explain why LCC are the only Authority who continually take well over the statutory time limit to answer FOI's, even prior to Covid?

Yours sincerely,

Mr M Dean

Dear Liverpool City Council,

This FOI is long overdue. Please do not be refer to Covid as being the reason for any delay as there does not seem to be a problem in answering other FOI's within the time limit (or there about).

For the avoidance of doubt I have referenced 3 below:

1. FOI 616037 Submitted on 4/08/20 – Response 29/08/2020 (18 working days).
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...

2. FOI 4664786 Submitted on 27/07/20 – Response 25/08/2020 (21 working days - + 1).
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

3. Our ref: 4774785 Submitted on 06/08/20 – Response 11/08/2020 (3 working days).
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

All of the above FOI's were submitted well after mine, yet have received responses:. Therefore if I do not receive a response by tomorrow then I will refer it to the ICO along with my 'Spartan Security' one.

Yours sincerely,

Mr M Dean
