In the context of the recent bus priority works on the A580, I would like to request all documentation relating to:
1) Assessments of the impartiality and accuracy of the modelling exercise
2) The TFGM decision “that the East Lancs Road was one of the most congested key routes in Greater Manchester and therefore steps needed to be taken to enable this route to carry more people”.
3) Decisions made, prior to the 2002 report, relating to the placing of bus lanes
4) Decisions about the design of the Worsley Road A580 junction.
5) Considerations relating to criminal activity in or around subways in the context of the recent bus priority works including any (anonymised) feedback, comments or correspondence from users of the subways and from local schools.
6) Assessments or consideration of whether the 2002 and 2005 reports was adequate or up to date enough when the works commenced.
Yours faithfully,
David Law
