Dear Tendring District Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Tendring District Council's handling of my FOI request 'Further documentation relating to 19/01157/FUL'.

Unfortunately the information sent did not include all the information requested. There are communications between the agent and the council regarding this case that have not been disclosed either on the public access system or in this FOI request response.

One (not exclusive) example of such communications resulted in a number of comments about the application that were disclosed to the committee on the evening of the committee meeting. In the interest of transparency and accountability these should be made public.

I again request ALL the communications between officers and the agent be supplied under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/f...

Yours faithfully,

Richard Everett
