Further data on Oct2019 Consultation (Walton St ETRO)

We're waiting for Maria Gonzales to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Oxfordshire County Council,
You replied to me with redacted data on the October 2019 Consultation for Walton Street ETRO. You only provided the 'free text' responses. Can you provide additional information for the rest of the questions in the original consultation please?
1. Can you provide how people replied to the other questions in the consultation (with GDPR redaction of course). I cannot now see the actual questions in the original consultation to list them for you here. But for instance, how many people replied yes/no/agree/disagree etc with each of the questions? How did people reply to the agree/disagree question on the ETRO closure? How many people in total agreed and disagreed?
2. Can you provide the relevant breakdowns of answers to postcodes - at least the first three parts of the postcode (e.g. OX2, OX4, GR 10 etc)?

Yours faithfully,

Maria Gonzales

Dear Oxfordshire County Council,
I have an additional question to add to this FOI.
In terms of who responded to this consultation, for the interests of public transparency, we want to know if any City/County Councillors submitted their own responses to the consultation questions? I realise GDPR protects identities, but as Councillors are **our** civil servants/politicians, we all feel very strongly that they should be permitted to 'hide' behind data. If they responded to the consultations, their identities should be fully public as they are 'our' public & political representatives. It is very unethical that they are allowed to be 'hidden' in consultation responses. They are legally accountable to us in every aspect of civil/political life.

Yours faithfully,

Maria Gonzales

Dear Ms Gonzales,

Thank you for your request of 15 October 2020 in which you asked for the
following information:

Can you provide how people replied to the other questions in the
consultation (with GDPR redaction of course). I cannot now see the actual
questions in the original consultation to list them for you here. But for
instance, how many people replied yes/no/agree/disagree etc with each of
the questions? How did people reply to the agree/disagree question on the
ETRO closure? How many people in total agreed and disagreed?

As you say you don’t now have sight of the questions of the October 2019
survey, I’ve added a copy of the survey as a PDF to this response.

The council received 493 individual responses in total:

o 310 (63%) in support,
o 160 (32%) objections, and
o 23 non-objections (5%).

Can you provide the relevant breakdowns of answers to postcodes - at least
the first three parts of the postcode  (e.g. OX2, OX4, GR 10   etc)?I have
an additional question to add to this FOI.

In terms of who responded to this consultation, for the interests of
public transparency, we want to know if any City/County Councillors
submitted their own responses to the consultation questions?

We do not hold this information. As you will see from the Survey Question
3, we asked respondents not to include their postcode.

I have an additional question to add to this FOI - we want to know if any
City/County Councillors submitted their own responses to the consultation
questions?

Councillors submitting a comment as a councillor would have been included
as such on the attachment we supplied in response to 17281 EIR. Page 3 of
that document listed Cllr Alex Hollingsworth (City Councillor).
