Dear Network Rail Limited,

This is related to FoI number: FOI2019/00455.

In light of this FoI request, I believe that an additional landowner, CLAYGATE DISTRIBUTION LTD (A & M Streek), owns some of the land on which this proposed car park extension will be sited. Therefore please send me any correspondence, minutes and notes between this additional landowner/proposer, and Network Rail, in regards to the extension of this mainline railway station (MRN) and adjacent carpark.

Please send me all such communications between 1st January 2018 and today's date.

I am making this request under the EIR as it involves land development.
