I made a Freedom of Information request on 7th October, which is now overdue a response.
In not providing a response within the 20 working-day limit of 4th November, you are now breaking the law. Therefore I am requesting an internal review.

On 17 September, Graham Badman via a DCSF email made a further call for evidence to Local Authorities regarding the Review/Report into Elective Home
Education.
I am requesting your response to that call.

Manchester City Council on 8 October 2009 and has been considered under
the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FoIA).
I apologise for the delay in responding to your request.
I set out below your request for information and the Council***s response
to this request:
Please supply the Local Authority response to Graham Badman***s call on 17
September 2009 for further evidence regarding the Report into Home
Education.
In response to your request, I attach copy documentation that was
submitted by Manchester City Council to the Department of Children Schools
and Families (DCSF).
When data is run from our database system the pupil numbers are calculated
from the children currently registered as Electively Home Educated (EHE),
we will not see children that were EHE on a historical date or period if
they have subsequently been deregistered.
This information may be subject to copyright. Freedom of Information does
not give you an automatic right to re-use this information in a way that
would infringe copyright, for example, by publishing the information or
making multiple copies.
In addition, I would advise you that the DCSF has collated and analysed
the data that it has received from individual local authorities and
published the results at the attached web address:

Please ask them if they filled in the actual questionnaire with these 'less than 10 ' figures or if they changed it for the public FOI ?
