On 17 September, Graham Badman via a DCSF email made a further call for evidence to Local Authorities regarding the Review/Report into Elective Home
Education.

Dear S Tyler,
I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your e-mail dated 19th October, a
copy of which is appended below for reference.
I note that you refer to a previous e-mail dated 7th October requesting
information in relation to Elective Home Education however I can advise
that there is no record of receiving your previous e-mail and this would
explain why you didn't receive an acknowledgement. If you should care
to resubmit your request it will be dealt with accordingly.
I can further advise that if you should fail to receive an
acknowledgement to any future requests then you should contact me
directly: The Council endeavours to acknowledge all requests within 3
working days and if you fail to receive such an acknowledgement it could
indicate that the request was never received.
Yours sincerely,
Information Officer.
