Further call for HE evidence

Thank you for your e-mail received 07 October 2009 requesting information about the council's response to Graham Badman's report regarding Home Education.

Michael Fenn in the Children's Services Department will arrange for the information to be provided to you no later than 04 November 2009.

Whilst it is the Council's policy to provide information wherever possible, I need to advise you that there are a number of exemptions under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please supply the Local Authority response made to Graham Badman's call on
17 September 2009 for further evidence regarding the Report into Home
Education.

The Local Authority has not yet provided a response to Graham
Badman's call for supplementary information.
