Funfairs in Leeds - Showmens Guild

Can you please confirm the below:

* How many funfairs are operated in your area
* How many have guild ruling from Showmens Guild Members so the council are not allowed to choose a new operator ?
* What rental payments are received for these fairs ?
* What current procedures are in place to make sure that Guild Ruling can not be obtained on any funfairs operated in the area ?
