The request was successful.

Dear Wolverhampton City Council,

Could you please provide me with a full account of council funding given to The Solace Community on the Tettenhall Road, Wolverhampton for the last two financial years. How this figure is broken down and what it is used for by The Charity, and if The Charity has undergone a financial council audit in the past two years to ensure the funding is being used as it should be.

Thank you

Yours faithfully,

S Cooper

FOI, Wolverhampton City Council

Dear FOI,

Thank you for the reply, just to clarify I was under the impression Wolverhampton Council paid housing benefit for the tenants of The Solace Community - direct to The Solace Community or the landlord - (for avoidance of doubt Company number 09033325) missing out the tenant completely as they are classed a vulnerable adults this is the data set of information I was looking for, how much housing benefit has been paid directly to The Solace Community for and on behalf of the tenants who are registered on your systems as residing, or have previously resided there over the last two financial years, does the above reply still apply in this scenario?

Thank you

Yours sincerely,

S Cooper

FOI, Wolverhampton City Council

Dear S Cooper,

This is not the same as the original query you posed.

Your original request was-
"Could you please provide me with a full account of council funding given to The Solace Community on the Tettenhall Road, Wolverhampton for the last two financial years. How this figure is broken down and what it is used for by The Charity, and if The Charity has undergone a financial council audit in the past two years to ensure the funding is being used as it should be."

Housing benefit does not qualify as "Funding" Therefore I am treating this email as a separate request under the FOI Act 2000.

Your request will be dealt with as quickly as possible and a final response should be sent to you within 20 working days of receipt.

If you wish to enquire about the progress of your request, then please do not hesitate to contact us, quoting the reference number, in the heading above.

Yours sincerely

Dear FOI,

Hi, thank you, I didn't realise housing benefit (above normal rates for vulnerable people) didn't fall under the 'funding' category. Sorry for the confusion and thank you for the reply once again it is appreciated, I look forward to the reply in due course.

Thank you

Yours sincerely,

S Cooper
