Dear Mr Todd,

Thank you for your request for information. Please find our response below
to your FOI enquiry.

I wish to know what information EDDC holds in respect of the funding of
the new road on Exmouth Seafront, that which now runs behind the present
works forming part of Queens Drive Development.

Information relating to the funding of the new road is available within
cabinet reports which are available on the council’s website. As this
information is published already it is exempt under section 21 of the FOI
Act 2000 - Information reasonably accessible to the applicant by other
means.

Please provide details of who funded all or any element of the
construction of the road and what that element may be.

The council funded the majority of the construction of the new road.
Grenadier Estates contributed a small amount in relation to alterations to
the location of the entrance to their site. They contributed £6,717.27.

Please provide account and invoice references for any payments by EDDC in
respect of the road.

Please note that the list below covers the payments towards the costs of
delivering the road and car park, we do not hold the information
separately to enable it to be provided solely in relation to the road:

I hope this information is helpful but, if you feel dissatisfied with the
way we have responded to your request, please contact our Monitoring
Officer, Mr Henry Gordon Lennox, to request an internal review
