Funding of A27 Action campaign

I request a statement of

a) how much money West Sussex County Council has spent on the A27 Action campaign, including website and staffing from 1st August 2014 to date
b) how much funding has been allocated to the campaign in this and subsequent financial years
c) which WSCC department's budget is being used for this funding
d) if funding is being found from WSCC resources please indicate contributions to this project, if any, made by the following: Arun Districh Council, Chichester District Council, Adur District Council, Worthing Borough Council, Horsham District Council, East Sussex County Council and Ricardo UK PLC

It would be interesting to know what "Facebook promoted posts - £100.67" means. How many posts were purchased? Which were they?

Dear Neil Border,
Your response to my FoI request tells me only how much WSCC has spent on seven items. That does not answer my question. Staffing costs may be coming out of 'existing resources and budgets' and 'the County Council's budget for the Policy and Communications team' but that does not tell me how much WSCC has spent on the A27Action campaign.

Indeed, the seven items does not include the launch event expenditure which was the subject of an earlier FoI request!

Can you be more specific about the amount being spent on the A27 Action campaign as that was what my request sought from you?
