did write to you for clarification of your request on the December 2018. 
As we did not receive a response from you the request was closed.
If you still wish to pursue this request please provide the clarification
sought below and we will process this for you.
 
We are writing to ask you to clarify your request. This is because we are
not certain that we have understood your request correctly / we need
further details from you in order to identify and locate the
information.Therefore we should be grateful if you would clarify the years
you require this information for?
 
We will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you. Please let me know by 10/12/2018.
 
If we do not hear from you within the timeframe provided, we shall take it
that you do not wish to pursue this request and will consider the request
