Information Act 2000. I can confirm that Hertfordshire County Council does
hold the information you have requested, and can respond as follows:

 

ii) The total amount of funding the LA has received to pilot the children
and families SEN pathfinder and which agencies have provided this money.

 

Hertfordshire County Council has received £273,750 of funding in total to
date from the Department for Education (DfE).This funding is made up as
follows;

 

·         2011/12 - £75,000 - £44,118 of this was unspent and was
therefore returned to DfE during 2012/13.

 

·         2012/13 - £150,000

 

·         2013/14 - £48,750 - A further £146,250 of grant funding (for 9
months) is expected from the DfE for 2013/14.

iii) A list of all of the internal budgetary codes used for this funding.

·         SEND Pathfinder Grant

 

·         SEND Pathfinder Champion

iiii) A list of every transaction against each of these codes since the
funding was received.

·         See attached document called 'SEND Pathfinder Transactions'.

iv) The amount left in the overall budget as of the end of June 2013.

 

·         At the end of June 2013, the grant funding income was fully
allocated.
