Please see budget report section 8.2 and 8.3.  The Council has committed
itself to closing the funding gap through the use of any one-off
income/savings with the remainder financed through prudential borrowing. 
The Council’s policy is to minimise the borrowing as it impacts on the
revenue account.  The timing is therefore yet to be determined.

Please note that as mentioned in the budget report page 10 paragraph 8.3
the actual financing will be determined by the nature of the expenditure
(capital or revenue) and the availability of the various funding sources. 

 

Littlehampton Leisure Centre report (acceptance of tender) is currently
scheduled to be considered at the Council’s Cabinet meeting on 17 July
2017.
