1.    How many people have requested access to residential drug and
alcohol rehabs in the following financial years: 2012/13, 2013/14, 2014/15
as well as 2020/21 and 2021 to present

I have to advise that the information you requested is information not
held by the Council and as such I must refuse your request in terms of
Section 17 of FOISA. However, in line with the duty placed on the Council
in terms of Section 15 of FOISA, I can advise the information may be held

I have to advise that the information you requested for the financial
years 2012/13, 2013/14 and 2014/15 is information not held by the Council
and as such I must refuse your request in terms of Section 17 of FOISA.
However, in line with the duty placed on the Council in terms of Section
15 of FOISA, I can advise this information is pre-integration and out with
standard data retention periods.

6.    From which budget line is this funding pulled? [ie health/LA social
work etc]

Local authority budgets.
