I’m emailing with regards to information that I would like to request under the terms of the FOI Act (2000).

I’d like the following

1. The total funds you received when operating as a CCG from NHS England between 2017 – June 31st 2022. I would like this broken down for each financial year.

2. The total funds your CCG allocated to the provision of secondary and tertiary care between 2017-present. I would like this information broken down for each secondary or tertiary care setting (for example for each hospital) and for each financial year.

- Of these funds, how much was spent on the provision of maternity services for each financial year 2017-june 2022

3. The total funds your CCG allocated to the provision of primary care between 2017-present. I would like this information broken down for each financial year.

- Of these funds, how much was spent on the provision of maternity services for each financial year 2017-present

Under the terms of the act, I expect a response to my request within 20 working days, and no later than the 5th September 2022.

In addition please provide in writing confirmation that you have received this request.
