Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,

There was a sum of £240,000.00 which was the Legacy Funding from the Neighbourhood Management Funding in the Woodchurch Area.

It was decided by the Council that this funding was for an Information Technology Project for the estate. The W.I.C.T. project, and the funding was controlled by the Woodchurch High School and the original Chair was Councillor Stuart Whittingham, followed by Councillor Tony Smith.

I understand this project has now ended. I am making a formal request for a breakdown of costs for this project and the sum of £240,000.00. Also the outcomes achieved by this project .. did it achieve it's aims and what has been the social return on this investment.

Yours faithfully,

Mrs Helen Gibson
