We acknowledge with thanks your request for information held by TfGM which was received at this office on 29 November 2021.

Information requested as set out below:

"The spend to date on the Carrington Relief Road (and from where funded - public sector/private sector) The planned future spend on the Carrington Relief Road (and from where funded - public sector/private sector) Any planned (one-off) spend to improve public transport services - not the new road(s) that buses will travel along but investment in new services themselves, there seems to be no commitment to introducing trains or trams to this area but please confirm this (and from where funded - public sector/private sector) The current annual spend/investment in public transport services in Warburton, Partington and Carrington (and from where funded - public sector/private sector) The planned future annual spend/investment in public transport services in Warburton, Partington and Carrington (and from where funded - public sector/private sector)"

We are currently focussing our efforts toward the protection and safeguarding of our staff, customers and the public, during the COVID-19 outbreak. As a result there is a large volume of business critical work ongoing, including the possibility of staff in non-critical roles being reallocated to operational roles. Therefore the business area may not be able to provide full information for the completion of the response. Please be advised therefore that it may take longer than usual to respond to you. We will endeavour to keep you updated on progress.
