Funding Bid By Bolton Council

The request was successful.

Christopher Banks

Dear Sport England,

I am requesting a digital copy of the 2015 and 2016 submitted funding bid by Bolton Council for the development of a speed circuit on 'New House Farm Playing Field' Breightmet, Bolton. Any documents, paper or digital that are relevant to this submission I am also requesting copies of those. Digital copies are preferred.

The planning application was previously '95067/15' and now it is '96166/16'.

Stating my reasons for this request. I am a local resident, who like others have found it difficult to obtain the full facts regarding this development. Local residents need to be presented with the full factual data to make informed decisions about this proposed development.

Yours faithfully,

Christopher Banks

Dear Mr Banks,

Thank you for your recent email requesting a copy of the funding bid
submitted by Bolton Council for the development of a speed circuit on New
House Farm Playing Field, Bolton.

We have considered your request carefully and I am now writing to let you

As you may be aware Sport England has been consulted on the planning
application in question. At the present time we have issued a 'holding
objection' whilst additional information about the proposals are obtained.

This completes our response to your information request.
