Dear Donna Muirhead,

By law under section 10 (1) Freedom Of Information Act 2000

10 Time for compliance with request
(1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), a public authority must comply with section (1) promptly and in any event not later than the twentieth working day following the date of reciept.

Country Side Council for Wales is a Public Authority Section 3 FOIA 2000.

Although one grant amount has been stated publicly in a public meeting this will not be deemed an appropriate form of answer as this did not answer my request fully in the form that I requested,

11. (1) (a) the provision to the applicant of a copy of information in permanent form or in another form acceptable to the applicant.

I have request the information through the method used now. I would like to stress you are now by law over the twenty working day. I have had no request for more time or reasons for delay or a fee notice.

Yours sincerely,

Claire Russell Griffiths

Two messages have been deleted from this thread.

It appears that when responding initially the officers accidentally attached the wrong document to the response.

The wrongly sent attachment was merely a covering letter for a different FOI response and did not contain any substantive information.

We do delete accidentally sent responses in trivial cases.

Here I have deleted the initial response, and following attempted recall message.
